QUALIFYING PERFORMANCES
This year qualifying performances have been introduced as a requirement to compete at the Queensland Championships. These performances have not been set to discourage athletes, but rather as an indicator to show athletes they have what it takes to compete.

2017/18 Qualifying Performances

Performances will be accepted from any QA, ANQ, school or Little A's meet held since 1 January 2017 and can be hand-timed under any wind conditions. Para-athletes are not required to meet any qualifying performances. If you have any questions or concerns about the qualifying performances please don't hesitate to contact us.

AGE GROUPS & ELIGIBILITY
All currently registered Queensland (QA/ANQ), interstate and international athletes are invited to participate. The minimum age to participate is 12 years (athletes born in 2006).

Multi-class athletes (para-athletes/AWD) must have at least a current Provisional Level Classification. A National Level Classification opportunity for athletes with a physical impairment will be held on 22 February, before the commencement of the Championships, for new athletes or those requiring a review. More Information
